That, is never a good sign, esp. when they contact you first.

Yes, you are correct. Davao City is basically a write off trade wise.....Just a bunch of ripp offers there. There's too many scammers to even point out! haha
Yes, Nonoy from Paganfire is disgusted by all these ripp offers.....I'm sure the Pathogen guys are as well, as they are honest bands/traders. |
You just make them trade first. When dealing with anyone in the Phillipines, I refuse to send until my package arrives. Even then, you run the risk of them calling you a rip off for sending shit and they have to wait for yours. |
