DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH AFTER DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Insanity are probably THE most underated US Death metal band (except by the guy that makes Snakepit mag...), killer Possessed meets early Hellwitch!

So get either the From the grave compilation thats come out recently (don't like the re-done vocals though..), or try looking an old copy of Death after Death (after death.....)

I can't remember what the point of posting this was.....
ah fuck it, THE POINT WAS INSANITY KILL!!!!!

I think I never listened to their music... And probably never heard of the name before the CD rerelease... So I would have doubts about the fact it'd be just another freshly built new cult, while the band was just average... Or something really good that was so lamely underrated (So many peoples complain about underrating that the argument lost its value...)
Well, did they release somerhing on a label or only demos at the time? Was it sooo good that I should throw all my tapes through the window? I'd prefer to search for current bands right now, at least I can support them and do a little something...

Seems that their drummer just died this week (hope I didn't curse them with all the Death after death's....)
They don't seem to have much luck with their drummers....

Don't throw them out the window, BURN THEM ALL!

Probably the most respectful thing about Insanity is they didn't stop playing Death metal, even through the shitty 94-98 period. The Sacrifixion EP is real Death metal! (they may have stopped for a couple of years, but that was after their drummer damaged his back...)

Hopefully their Visions of the Apocalypse album won't be delayed.

It's even stranger I didn't hear about them... Because around 95-99 I was heavily into Death metal, demos and deep underground zines... Suspect

Didn't they release the CD'94 on MBR (Mangled beyond recognition?)

Yeah, I think it was MBR. (I've only got a tape dub of it though.... I do remember that it had a funny looking cover though). The album is closer to a cleaner sounding Possessed (they were from the SF area as welll), but more Deathly. Perhaps it was a little 'outdated' for '94, but still a great album!
