Admittedly the radio on the airwaves is pathetic (strange that there were so many tributes to John Peel after he died, yet they had him on some late night Thurday programme with barely enough time to put on anything worthwhile.), however there are some ok ones to find on the internet.

Never while at home.
The only time I don't mind the radio is when i'm at a bar...when teh bar is playing a classic rock station.....When its a hiphop station, it ruins my beers.

It's mostly vintage punk plus some 'world' music for lack of a better term. Metal is quite rare.

Not sure dude, haven't listened in a while. 4 nights a week maybe? He plays a lot of classic and garage rock but he's not that great at hosting And it's all pre-recorded.
