Metallica Chile Riot 2010

"Over a hundred metal-starved fans were arrested in Santiago, Chile, Tuesday night after 2,000 ticketless people attempted to crash the gates at a Metallica concert. The show was the metal gods' first in Chile in 10 years, and drew a paying crowd of 55,000 to the Club Hípico horse-racing track"

Just really shows that Metallica need to play the biggest venues in the country now but even still I think it's hardly worth a riot over them now, maybe twenty years ago though.

Starved metal fan's will do some crazy shit.

A friend in Peru told me about a DARK FUNERAL show that was cancelled at the last minute or something like this, and some insane fans devastated the venue and the street.

Plus the mexican riots against emos, south america seem to be a violent land when dealing with music

i remember the riots in montreal after The Exploited werent allowed through the border.

Total Chaos did get into Canada but I heard were cavity searched at the border.

that is normal downhere especially Football/Futbol, Political, High School/University riots too ... like in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Brazil etc
