The informations on Metal archives doesn't always seem very clear...

Ex: For my CDr release of the HERPES demo, they wrote "Limited to 384 copies"...
While the initial text on my site was "384 copies circulating"... Which means I had traded/ sold 384 copies at this time...
I don't really care, but when peoples begin to mail you asking why the copy I sent them is more than 384 and wonder if it's a bootleg...

You have other exemples?

yeah MA isnt that great for specifics..
what i noticed, is sometimes, a band releases a demo, someone right away adds them to MA. then 5 years later you look up that band and it still says they are 'active', though no one edited the page since it got added.
so im qutie certain that most of the bands listed as 'active' on there are no longer active

never stop the madness!

Sometimes it's not accurate as it should be and it takes much time that some specific info gets fixed. Probably they need more volunteers to correct certain quantities of information... they have never corrected some Massakre (Chile) information so far...
