Hey! There was a cool printed free zine from Quebec written in french called "Sang Frais". I'm not sure if it is still around or not. The feller behind the zine also was in a black metal band called Aphasia I believe.

I have heard that there is one Canadian french zine but I have no details about it or even know the name of it. Annick from Morbid Tales fanzine told me about it.

There was a great magazine from Quebec called "Leather n Spikes" and the editor Cath spoke french, but the zine was in english.

Sorry to not be much of help but Canada really doesn't have much for printed or webzines really for some reason!

sang frais is like a mainstream mag, don't really interesting to me. Poor interviews and annoying for the most.
The best are leather and spikes, not always famous, hey don't forget the mighty canadian assault and his comrade from eternal darkness, maybe coming from canada i'm not really sure about....

I remember I sent a promo of GOL to Sang Frais... They didn't review it because they didn't have the time... When you don't have the time, don't display your snail mail on your site! Damn it!

Isn't CANADIAN ASSAULT zine dead? His last issue was released something like 4 years ago... Uh?

ETERNAL DARKNESS is from Usa. He has stopped the zine, be he still release many old styled tapes (the way you like it ) and CDr.

Don't forget about MORBID TALES FANZINE from Canada!

Canadian Assult is done by a Canadian but is from the states, and Eternal Darkness is from usa. Both great guys!

Canadian Assult is alive and well, just deep in the underground and not accessable in many distro lists.

I don't know to be honest. But I did order the newest Canadian Assult about 8 months ago from him, i'll look for it and see if there is a email address inside it

Best person to ask would be Keith of Eternal Darkness, I'll ask him next time i talk with him.

I think hes trying to sort out Autopsy Kitchen distro stuff http://www.autopsykitchen.com/. I've been meaning to buy stuff, but never get round to it

Yeah, Autopsy Kitchen is a decent label for sure and it must keep him very busy!
