probably lazy rather than being a ripp off. I do hear alot of complaints about him though, and am also waiting for the 16th issue. Admittedly there are all these vinyls he's doing, so best to wait till they've been finished.....

I did some trades and stuffs with him in the past it was all Ok.
I ordered his zines wholesale, he always sent it fast enough. I sent my releases for reviews, it was reviewed.
Maybe he's currently too busy with many things or his life is a bit too fukked? I don't know if sending thousand of emails is the best solution, he might grow tired about you and automatically avoid anything you'd send...
