The entrance door is located on a small street called Brigden Pl which runs along the north side of the building. Knock for entry.

If you click on the mapquest link and choose the aerial view you can see the building (it's the one shaped like a large white "T" to the left of the map star).

Parking is free till 7AM on Richmond St.
If you don't want to leave your care on the street there is a Green P parking lot in the building on the South East corner of Richmond and Sherbourne that you can park all night at, it's not too pricey apparently.
