Found out about this a little bit ago. Apparently, Cryptopsy posted a new track on their MySpace titled "It's Dinner Time". The track is basically one of the band members (I'm willing to bet Flo himself) pretending to be an ex-fan of Cryptopsy who is pissed off at the change of music style the band has made.
Check for yourself, and formulate your own opinion:

In my opinion, the presentation of this angered fan is done in a manner to be satirical and, yet, somewhat degrading. The track hints these fans as being "young" and "immature" when a mom knocks at a door and tells this fan "It's dinner time, get off the internet". I fail to see what they hoped to accomplish, as the track only reflects negativity for the band. It shows how poor of a manner Cryptopsy receives criticism while highlighting their own immaturity. Concurrently, they sink to a new low by further alienating their old fans. But there will always be the extremely loyal fans who accept the changes and agree with Cryptopsy on this track, as well as the new fans who probably don't know shit outside of "The Unspoken King".
You have to give the band credit where credit is due, though. They've probably pissed off more fans in one fell swoop than any other bands that "sold out".
