Thoughts about new releases/ finding bands

The thought of the week:
I'm currently thinking about the next releases and searching for bands...
And it's not something so easy... You have to find a band you want to release (first hard part), then discuss and argue with their requests, to possibly agree on something "realistic" (2nd hard part, even with totally unknown bands sometimes)... It sometimes sounds quite tiring, lots of discussions and arguments, tests, efforts, to finally release just a demo that only looks good...
What do other labels think about it? Perhaps I'm too picky with the bands I want to release? Perhaps I'm too "perfectionist" with the layouts I do? Perhaps I should try to release less "famous" styles than death metal (in 2021, it's not REALLY underground...)
