i was supposed to trade with this guy, and spend $30 on shipping, plus send ~$70 worth of stuff (tapes, cds, tshirt, vinyls), until by pure chance i found out that hes a rip off artist.. apparently he's ripped off plenty of bands/people/labels from all over the world. heres his address:

also, it appears that there is a legitimate Furia Zine (http://www.6furia6zine6.tk/), from bolivia, who also has been ripped off by the peruvian.

"MORRO SOLAR" is the address of the biggest RIP OFF around the world, his true name is CHRISTIAN FELIPE PAUCAR TOLEDO.

The thing he does is simple: his house (MORRO SOLAR) has 2 numbers 1710 and 1712 (he can use both), but for bands or labels who do not speak Spanish it could be a little tricky. For instance, he does something like this:

As you will realize, there is one detail that does not change, which is Morro Solar : that is the only name the thief cannot change because all the other words can be deceiving. For example, when he places:

"Residencial Monterrico Sur" is something that could be omitted or placed just as "Monterrico Sur" or "Urb Monterrico Sur", any way it would be understood.

On the other hand, when he places "Santiago de Surco", which is the name of the district (zip code 33), he can only put "Surco", "Santiago de Surco," or just "Lima 33" or any combination, forexample. "Surco - Lima 33", "Santiago de Surco - Lima 33", "Lima 33" and it would be the same.

This possibility to change in many ways is confusing. He can even change the sender adding any magazine’s name, or label’s… and this is even more confusing.

Sometimes this THIEF adds senseless words such as "Al costado de la universidad Ricardo Palma" because he lives there, but that's absurd. However, this is not necessary: the postman would find the address with or without that. It is just a strategy to confuse.

What he cannot take out is MORRO SOLAR. So you know, if you get any mail requesting stuff from whatever name (label, magazine, whatever) and see "MORRO SOLAR"… you already know who it is!!! Place all the info in your pages, alert your friends, report the RIP-OFF!!!
