Yes it is different. It seems the full line-up is only for the live performances, all songs are performed and written by the same guy.
I don't like especially the first album. But for the second one, you could find some punk influences in addition (discharge, dri, misfits and so on).

Joel from Toxic Holocaust had some members of ABIGAIL and DESTRUKTOR playing as session members for him on the last tour.
