I can only take the crust/grind bands because they are pure aggression. All that goregrind garbage does is make me want to eat food.

East coast grindcore does rule man! Same as alot of the grind bands that come from Quebec like MESRINE/DAHMER for example.

I've never heard those bands, but there is a band out here that i thought was cool. They are called THORAZINE, and they are really interesting.

Well COLLAPSE are around in NS, but other than that, not that I know of. I had Crust Lust, but we are moving out here, so we don't really count heh.

All of the bands I mentioned above are french crust core bands similar to Nasuea, ENT, Ambiex, Doom, Fleas and Lice, etc

Global Holocaust has been around for many many years and is considered to be one of Canada's first ever Crust/grind bands as the same goes for System Shit as you know.
