Is Rend recording/ Desert merch/ Jeff b a RIP OFF?

Is anyone familiar with Rend Recording/ Desert merch/ Jeff B/ Anita B. from Usa?

Two years ago, he placed an order. Claimed to paypal the 2 tapes didn't arrive and automatically asked for refund.

Now, beginning of may, he bought a tape. Claimed to paypal it didn't arrive and automatically asked for refund again.

Obviously for such small order, there was no tracking number, and he didn't request for any...

I regularly send tapes to Usa, it always arrived... But there was 2 times a problem at this adress.

No communication, no will to find a solution -> Immediate ask for refund through paypal
And apparently this is a big EBay seller...

It's beginning to tickle my curiousity...

Looking at the trade packages that didn't arrive
I found out I also agreed on a trade with the same guy...

Trade was agreed in may 2015, his package didn't arrive...
He said mine didn't arrive either.


To sum it up: 3 packages sent to his adress never arrived.
I very very rarely had problems with packages sent to the USA... But 3 packages didn't "arrive" at the same adress!

In years I received about 3 paypal claim, including 2 from the same person.

Is someone familiair with this?
Paypal adress comes with the names "Jeff and Anita B."

This might only be a coincidence, but:

In may 2013: He ordered two tapes of TRENCHROT and SOLOTHUS.
Then within a month opened a paypal claim, said tapes didn't arrive, asked for refund.

In may 2015: He says he's interesed in trading my tapes releases, except the TRENCHROT tape he already have.

Ok, I spread quite a lot of copies of Trenchrot... But this adds a bit to the "curious" of the whole.

The same "label" has released a tape of the band DISINTERRED (Belgium)

I contacted them:
The band never received their share of the tapes, and the guy doesn't answer their emails anymore.

Apparently they sent him 2 packages (With the original release of the tape + a cd and some merch)... But he claimed he didn't receive it either...

This might be a coincidence,
but it adds some "curiosity" to the whole.

UPDATE:

The guy of Rend records contacted me back on Facebook

He said he mixed things up, orders too much stuffs online, and actually received my third package.

He promised he would send his package on monday.

Also said he would contact the band Disinterred.

I'm waiting until the package arrives or something.
